Lauren Klosz, LCSW
I love working with clients who are ready to see a transformation in their lives—whether that be in their relationships, mindset, or behaviors! I specialize in teenagers, adults, and marriage counseling. My goal as a therapist is to build excellent rapport through compassion and empathy to ensure safety and trust. I understand being vulnerable can be scary, but with a healthy therapeutic and client relationship, one can begin to heal safely from trauma, learn proper emotional regulation, and make everlasting positive changes! I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
I can help you do this through modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help those with complex trauma or those who are just looking to help relieve negative sensations in their bodies. Growing up and living most of my life in the suburbs of New York City has helped me acquire different therapeutic lenses for a wide range of diverse clients. I want you to have a great relationship with therapy, so I strive to make the process easy and attainable so you can feel real change in yourself and in your life.
Previous experience: worked in private practice for 2+ years, worked at an outpatient rehabilitation center that specializes in addiction for 1+ years.
Hobbies: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golf, playing with my dog and cooking!

LULU STALLINGS (SHE/HER), lcsw
Hi, I’m Lulu Stallings (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, and religious deconstruction. I was raised in a high-demand religious environment, homeschooled, and spent much of my childhood managing undiagnosed ADHD and OCD. Later, becoming a special needs parent was a turning point. It deepened my empathy, but it also forced me to question the rigid belief systems I’d been handed. That questioning became a doorway to healing.
I’m trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, and ERP-informed care. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that every part of you has a reason for being here, even the parts that feel stuck or overwhelming. Before joining Therapy Co., I worked in both community mental health and private practice, often supporting clients through crisis, burnout, and big transitions. Outside of therapy, I’m a hiker, a parent, and someone who believes that healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been.

DACYA ERICKSON, ACMHC
I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s broken, but about rediscovering strength and wholeness in the face of life’s complexity. My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual’s journey. I draw from the principles of Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Humanistic Psychology to create a compassionate and collaborative space where individuals can face the parts of life and themselves that often go unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing begins with authenticity—both in how we relate to ourselves and to others. I emphasize empathy, presence, and unconditional positive regard, holding space for clients to feel seen and heard without judgment.
I am passionate about working with men’s issues, specifically the difficulty with emotional expression, intimacy and vulnerability in relationships, identity conflicts tied to career, fatherhood, or societal roles; and the impact of unaddressed trauma, addiction, or mental health stigma.
I work with trauma, grief, and existential exploration across the lifespan, supporting individuals in finding meaning through pain, reconnecting with their inner resilience, and moving toward healing and wholeness.
It’s an honor for me to support individuals in this process, I truly value every person I work with and look forward to getting to know you- just as you are.

Eric MCallister, MSW-I
Eric is an insightful therapy intern at Therapy Co., where he focuses on helping individuals and couples forge healthier relationships. With a keen interest in human behavior, he finds that his hobbies enhance his therapeutic approach. A passionate football fan, Eric enjoys gathering with friends to watch games, and he brings that same enthusiasm to the softball diamond as a member of the Digbys team. Through sports, Eric learns invaluable lessons about collaboration and resilience, which he applies to his work with clients in therapy sessions.
